1) It’s hard to photograph the sleeper car, because it’s tight quarters. Some pictures will doubtless show up here over the course of the journey. For Amtrak’s official pictures, take a look here.
2) En route to San Antonio, there have been three or four station stops, long enough for all the smokers to go out onto the platform and obscure the view.
3) The Boradband2Go thing works in areas where there is cell coverage … which excludes much of Texas. An upcoming post will expound on that 🙂
